I seriously need to catch up on sleep, I have been surviving on like 4 hours per day. I really think the amount of sleep you get determines your mood. A few days ago, while I was pia-ing in my room, I overheard my dad telling my mum that I have been losing my temper any oh how at the people around me. It gave me a big shock to hear that, but oh well I don't deny that fact. Sighs and does anxiety makes one less alert too? I ought to stab my own eyes. I am such a loser. And I am getting really tired of the pretense. Oh well.
